This project involved the interior fit out of an office and lab workspace for a medical device company. The disjointed tenant space was bisected by a first floor common hallway.  To address this challenge, we created a mezzanine that tied the office area to the research and development lab area below. This innovative design results in a cohesive and open space that lends itself to daily collaboration.  In addition to new offices and a conference room suite, project highlights include open optics and electronics spaces, along with a separate biosafety level 2 lab.
